To withdraw funds from your Qlir wallet:
• Ensure you have added your bank account details in settings
• Go to your wallet section
• Click on 'Withdraw'
• Enter the amount you want to withdraw
• Enter your transaction PIN
• Funds will be transferred to your bank account within 24 hours

SERVICE PROVIDERS
As a service provider, you receive payments through your Qlir wallet:
• After completing a service, the customer confirms completion
• Payment is released from escrow to your wallet
• Platform commission is automatically deducted
• You can withdraw funds to your bank account anytime
• All transactions are visible in your wallet history
Managing your service offers is easy:
• View all incoming service requests in your dashboard
• Review the request details and customer requirements
• Send a customized offer with your pricing and timeline
• Track the status of your offers
• Get notified when a customer accepts your offer
PAYMENTS
Qlir offers secure payment options:
• After accepting an offer, proceed to checkout
• Choose to pay with your debit/credit card via Paystack
• Or use your Qlir wallet balance
• Enter your transaction PIN to authorize payment
• Payment is held securely until service completion
• Funds are released to the provider after you confirm completion
No, there are no hidden charges. The price you see is what you pay. Service providers set their own rates, and any platform fees or commissions are clearly displayed before you confirm payment. All charges are transparent and shown in your receipt.

Your transaction PIN secures all payments:
• Go to your account settings
• Select 'Security' or 'Transaction PIN'
• Enter a 4-digit PIN of your choice
• Confirm your PIN
• You'll need this PIN for all future transactions
Note: Choose a PIN that's not easily guessable (avoid 1234, 0000, etc.)
GETTING STARTED
To register as a service provider on Qlir:
• Download the Qlir app or visit our website
• Click on 'Register' and select 'Service Provider'
• Fill in your personal details and verify your phone number with the OTP sent
• Complete your profile with your services, location, and pricing
• Upload required documents for verification
• Once verified, you can start receiving service requests
Requesting a service on Qlir is simple:
• Login to your Qlir account
• Search for the service you need or browse by category
• View available service providers in your area
• Select a provider and submit a service request
• Wait for the provider to send you an offer
• Review the offer and accept if you're satisfied
• Make payment and schedule the service
Reviews help others make informed decisions. To write a review:
• Login to your Qlir account
• Go to your completed service requests
• Click on the service you want to review
• Rate the service provider using the star rating system
• Write your detailed review in the comment box
• Submit your review
ACCOUNT
To update your profile information:
• Go to your account settings
• Click on 'Edit Profile'
• Update your personal information, contact details, or profile picture
• For service providers: Update your services, pricing, and availability
• Save your changes
To reset your password:
• Click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page
• Enter your registered email or phone number
• You'll receive an OTP code
• Enter the OTP and set your new password
• Confirm your new password and login
